Media Production

End to end production for brands and events, from the first planning conversation to graded, delivered masters.

What you get.

For brands and organisations that need finished, publishable content rather than raw coverage.

Crew, kit, direction and post under one roof. Locita360 built its reputation on turning a full shoot day into finished, usable content quickly, because the people planning the shoot are the people cutting it.

The deliverable list is agreed before the shoot, so every setup on the day exists to feed something you have already committed to publishing. That single discipline is why our footage does not sit unused on a drive.

  • Concept development and treatments
  • Pre production, scheduling and logistics
  • 4K multi camera capture
  • Lighting, audio and grip
  • Editing, colour grade and sound mix
  • Delivery in every format you need to publish

What is included.

  • A treatment you can approve

The idea, the look and the intended outcome written down before anyone books a camera, so approval happens on paper rather than in the edit.

  • Pre production done properly

Schedule, locations, permissions, crew and kit list confirmed in advance. Most shoot day problems are pre production problems that were left alone.

  • 4K multi camera capture

Monitored on set, with dedicated audio on every speaking moment, so nothing is discovered for the first time in the edit.

  • Finishing, not just editing

Assembly, colour grade, sound mix and graphics, reviewed on a shared timeline where you can comment against the exact frame.

  • Every cut you need

Landscape, vertical and square versions from the same grade, plus an organised archive of masters and selects you can search next year.

The problem

Footage gets captured with no plan for how it will be used, then sits on a drive because nobody scoped the edit or agreed who signs it off. The shoot felt productive and produced nothing publishable.

How we solve it

We plan the deliverables before the shoot, so every setup exists to feed something already committed to. Approval happens against a written treatment, not against a rough cut.

What that means for you.

  • Planned to deliverables

The shot list is written backwards from what you need to publish, which shortens the day and the edit.

  • One team

The people who plan the shoot are the people who cut it, so intent is not lost in a handover.

  • Cut for every channel

Landscape, vertical and square versions from the same grade, so nothing is recut from scratch later.

  • Archived

Masters and selects are catalogued and named, so you can find them again next year without calling us.

How it runs.

In order. You know what happens next at every point.

Questions.

Do you travel?
Yes. We are based in Mbombela and work across South Africa and into the region. Travel is quoted transparently rather than buried in a day rate.
Do you write scripts?
We handle concept, treatment and scripting as part of pre production.
How long until we see the edit?
Timelines are agreed in pre production and tied to the deliverable list. Event highlight cuts turn around fastest.
How many rounds of changes are included?
One full round of notes is standard, which is enough when the treatment was approved properly. Further rounds are quoted rather than absorbed silently.
