Golden hour, rooftop
Exposed for the sky, lit for the couple, timed to the last ten minutes of sun.

About this frame
Golden hour is not an hour. On a clear Highveld evening the light that makes a photograph like this lasts about ten minutes, and it arrives whether or not the speeches have finished.
The whole frame is one decision: expose for the sky so the colour survives, then put enough light on the couple to bring them back. Get that wrong and you have either a silhouette or a washed out sky, and no second attempt.
